Customer Success II

Marye has over a decade of customer service and customer facing experience in a variety of settings. Prior to joining eProperty Innovations, she served as Inventory and Administrative Manager at the Houston Land Bank in Houston, TX. At HLB, she was the primary data manager and administrator of their ePropertyPlus system. As Customer Success II, Marye assist users resolve problems and improve their skill and utility with ePropertyPlus. She also helps curate and organize the online knowledge base of Help Text articles, user Q&A sessions and new Subscriber on-boardings. Marye has a background in biochemistry and lives with her family near Houston, TX.
