Frequently Asked Questions

What kinds of organizations use ePropertyPlus?

Land banks, local government departments, and community focused non-profits that manage public or distressed real property and need a unified, cloud based system with configurable workflows and role-based access.

Can we publish listings and take applications online?

Yes. The Public Site publishes up to date listings and accepts online applications that sync from the Staff Site. You can publish properties with attachments, accept applications with various uploads (documents and images), and confirm with digital signatures.

Do we need a separate GIS to map properties?

No. ePropertyPlus includes intuitive mapping, filters, and support for external GIS layers, acting as a lightweight GIS viewer inside your operation. ePropertyPlus mapping utilizes Google Maps and Carto db, offering advanced integration capabilities to GIS platforms like ESRI.

Is it complicated or hard to learn?

ePropertyPlus is built for non-technical users handling complex issues. Because ePropertyPlus is configured around the end users’ day to day, the learning curve is short and the processes familiar. ePropertyPlus can also be modified easily and comes with a Sandbox for configuration testing and training.

How hard is reporting?

Staff can drag and drop fields to build reports and dashboards, then export to common formats — no specialized skills required.

What is included with ePropertyPlus?

ePropertyPlus is Software-as-a-Service. When you buy a subscription, you are buying the right to set up and use ePropertyPlus as you like. Each subscription includes ePropertyPlus production and sandbox environments, ePropertyPlus Mobile App, and ePropertyPlus for Services. The subscription includes all customer support, maintenance and periodic product updates and releases. The only thing you will pay for other than your subscription fee is the initial configuration and licenses you choose to add to your subscription.
