Our ePropertyPlus property management system is Software as a Service. That means you are purchasing a subscription to configure and use ePropertyPlus. All support, data charges, hosting fees, updates, security patches – the whole package, comes as part of your subscription. The price you pay reflects two thing: the number and type of Users and the cost of the initial Onboarding. Onboarding is where we configure the system for your initial use.

An ePropertyPlus User includes Standard Users, with full access to edit across ePropertyPlus, and Light Users, who generally have read-only access to ePropertyPlus.

There is no cost for visitors or applicants using the included ePropertyPlus Public Site. There is no cost to set up Service Provider Users. Those typically include external users who you assign to perform property-related services with ePropertyPlus.

Onboarding is the process we use to set up ePropertyPlus specifically for your organization. We offer 2 kinds of Onboardings:

• With a Startup, there is no Onboarding fee and we configure ePropertyPlus remotely in 5 business days, start to finish. We use mostly delivered configurations and a small amount of customization. The onboarding is intended for newer organizations who may not have large numbers of properties, legacy data, or complex business processes.
• With a Standard onboarding, we develop a custom configuration Scope of Work that tailors the configuration to meet your specific business needs. We’ll do a project scoping, review your legacy data, go over your policies and strategic objectives, and discuss configuration of advanced elements, like online application forms, document templates and reports, data integrations, or workflows. Onboarding is done remotely and typically over a period of 2-4 weeks. Standard onboardings are priced unique to each project, since each project scope is unique. Want to learn more?
